The challenge
Collectors needed one trusted place to buy and sell — with auctions, shipping straight from seller to buyer, and payments that work across Italy.
What we built
A full marketplace on Next.js and PostgreSQL: seller shops, fixed-price listings and auctions without a time limit, buyer commission, Stripe checkout and courier integration. Two-factor sign-in, user blocking and sponsorship analytics were added as the platform grew.
