Our own web and Android platform for Dhaka North: citizens report local problems with photos, get a tracking ID, and follow each case until it is resolved.

Designed and built by Desh Soft: grievance submission with images, tracking IDs, area-based browsing, public polls, an Android app for citizens, and an admin panel where the team responds to every case.
